Euskalduna Studio’s menu has 10 moments and some surprises.
Its use Portuguese and seasonal products, that the team gets through the contact with small
producers from all over the country. Its promoted sustainability and paid homage to
Portuguese gastronomy, through a personalized and intimate service. The Chef and the team
mix gastronomic universes to get a result that appeals to five senses and promotes a
gastronomic journey together with the customers.
To harmonize the menu, you still have the possibility to select a wine pairing or non-alcholic
menu.
Our degustation menu costs 160€/person. Our pairing options are currently: 95€ (a selection based on small producers from Portugal),
150€ (wines from Portugal and around the world that explore different styles and origins),
non-alcoholic for 65€, and a premium selection from our sommeliers for 250€.
Your credit card details will be required to confirm
the reservation. No payments will be charged in advance. In case the party fails to show or if
you cancel the reservation less than 24 hours before the schedule time of arrival, we reserve
the right to charge the price of the menu per guest. If your party arrives fewer guest than what
the reservation was booked for, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of the price
of the menu per guest.
